How to Test Your Mouse
- Button Test: Click the Left, Right, and Middle (Scroll Wheel) buttons. The diagram above will light up green when a button is successfully detected.
- Side Buttons: If you have a gaming mouse, try the side buttons (Forward/Back). They will light up as Button 4 and 5.
- Polling Rate: Move your mouse in circles quickly. The "Hz" counter shows how many times per second your mouse reports its position (125Hz, 500Hz, 1000Hz).
- Double Click: Click the dashed box rapidly. If your mouse registers two clicks when you only intended one, you may have a faulty switch.
